The second part of the Business Forum, which examined several investment opportunities in the northern part of the country, held on Friday, September 20, in Balti, concluded the agenda of the 5th Edition of the Days of the Northern Development Region ( RDN). In this context, MOLDPRES, which was a media partner of the event, asked for some opinions from Constantin Bândiu, interim director of the Northern Regional Development Agency (North ADR). “We want the Business Forum, which took place in the municipalities Edineț and Balti, to give a new impetus to the socio-economic development of the Northern Development Region. In the next period we will analyze in depth the impact of this event and plan new actions to continue the good things. We expect that the future results of the Forum will contribute to reducing development imbalances within the region, and more regional actors will continue to develop the collaboration links initiated within the event, “said Constantin Bândiu. together with the partners involved in organizing this major economic event, he managed to propose a new communication platform for business people in the north of Moldova and to facilitate the dialogue of our entrepreneurs with those from several European countries. “” The objective of the Business Forum from Edineț and Balti, as well as the RDN Days as a whole, was fulfilled. The Northern Development Region has a diversified economic potential, and the region’s business card is the economic free trade area. Here, investors could open new businesses in the field of information technology, design, tourism. More investments in the northern part of the country, which we want, means the development of the private sector and, consequently, the increase of the standard of living, “explained Constantin Bândiu for MOLDPRES.” In addition to establishing new partnerships, we have moved to a phase, which consists in deepening some traditional relationships, cultivated during the ten years of activity of the ADR North. I am sure that the projects that will be initiated following the consolidation of traditional partnerships will be successful. The two-day business forum from Edineț and Balti was organized by ADR Nord and the City Hall of the municipality.
